For all cases of product returns, you should:

Inform us by email at info@agoracenter.gr, about your decision to approve your request.

Basic requirements for the return of products are:

1) The product or item must not have been used and must be in its original condition and packaging and all the contents that accompany the product, to also be in excellent condition, without any signs of wear.

2) The product box should also be in excellent condition, without any signs of wear.

*In case the product has been processed or damaged or the box has been deformed, the return will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you at your own charge.

*If there is a cost difference between your old and new product, we will first inform you and then the final price will be recalculated.

*In case the product you received does not coincide with the product of your order, you have the right to return it and ask for its replacement with another product.

In the case of the return of products we are not responsible for any damages to the products after their use and under no circumstances are we obliged to replace them.

REFUND:

The refund is only possible when it is proven that you have received a defective product from agoracenter.gr (photo provided).

Regarding a possible change of a product, you have the option to choose another product of equal or greater value, which will be sent to you within 15 days,

if available.

The return costs and the new shipment are carried by the customer in full.
